TotallyTweetable.com is one of those WOW sites that looks like it has been the brainchild of some very serious marketing minds. It is combining the powerful concepts of member based email marketing and combines it with some powerful viral techniques, including Social Media and blogging. Wow!!

I joined and took the upgrades – I figured, they offer a money back guarantee so why not..? You are not in any way required to take the upgrades to get the benefits of the site. However, they do multiply the benefits out by a few hundred times I have found, plus the fee is pretty small for the extra exposure you get… so I grabbed it.

What a concept – I must say.
The world of marketing online has been dying slowly for a while now as people are fed up with ‘opting in’ and getting mail boxes filled with nothing of any meaning. Spam is the killer.

So this system takes the traditional email marketing and modernizes it and then blows the roof of your exposure by adding in a pretty neat VIRAL twist.

http://bit.ly/nYBFox

This benefits WHATEVER you promote.
No matter if it is a Clickbank product, a matrix, an MLM or ANYTHING. Even Google ad words and ‘traditional’ style of marketing can reap huge benefits from this site.

You get to tap into the power of hundreds of active twitter accounts, and blog readers and send your message across the entire network.

http://bit.ly/nYBFox

There has never been another site that does this that I have ever seen. It is being hailed as ‘Social Evolution’ where by you can almost ’share’ the social media connections of others. In fact… I think it is going to be HUGE.

My vote is that this site is going to put a lot of dough in my pocket over the years to come.

The power of being able to reach out to people is not to be overlooked… The system makes that reaching easy. I, for one, have ALWAYS wanted to have other people send out tweets for me… And do you know what – this system has a guaranteed 200 people who will be tweeting for you, every time you send out!! But… THE TOP LEVEL IS WHERE TO BE FOR SERIOUS MARKETERS – A GUARANTEED 3000 PEOPLE TO TWEET FOR YOU COMES WITH THE PACKAGE… Whoa!

Overall I have to say I am impressed with TotallyTweetable.com. It is simple yet powerful, and delivers on its promises. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to explode their list and benefit from some excellent advertising.

See it and join here: (I negotiated to give anyone that joins through my link, instant EXECUTIVE membership, but this is not forever, so make haste)

See you at the top!

Comfort can be a trap. It’s not because we’re comfortable with things that they’re necessarily good for us. One may get used to a shoe that rubs the foot or a bad smell, but that doesn’t make it good or right. When we’re truly dedicated to pursuing a spiritual life the universe conspires to accelerate our growth. Often this means being prepared for big changes that move us out of our comfort zone. Seeking comfort and security can be a trap. We opt for the decisions that appear safe rather than the ones that are right for us. Staying with a mate for financial reasons, holding onto to costly possessions, sticking to habits that may be detrimental, but are familiar, are a few of of the comfort traps.

A dream summed up comfort for me. In the dream I walk into my apartment with a light-filled guide – a higher, wiser part of myself. We’re standing at the top of some stairs looking into it. The room is a mess. It’s drab, dark and dingy. Chairs are overturned and papers are strewn about. Later I return with the guide who shows me the same place only this time it is perfectly clean and tidy. A round table stands in the center with a crystal vase full of roses. Light streams in from above. The chairs are set up as if waiting for a symphony to come in. It’s a beautiful makeover. I turn to the guide and say, “I liked it better the other way.” When I awoke, I had an ah-ha moment. I didn’t really like it the other way, I just felt comfortable with the mess. The mess had become a habit. The dream represented my inner life and the new, clean space represented the transformations coming through meditation and inner work.

Dare to explore the areas of your life that have become comfort zones and examine what’s really good for you. Look at where it will be helpful to move into new, unexplored territory. Sometimes we stay in relationships and jobs out of comfort though they may be stifling us. Even birds that learn to fly have to make a leap of faith the first time.

Square out those comfort zones and attack them one by one. ;o)

Have a blessed day!

In this world, there are many people searching for enlightenment, and then there
are those who will never look for it throughout their entire life. There are also those
who work hard for their money, desperately trying to get out of the rat race, and
then there are those who are totally content with their humble income and the few
possessions they have.

There are beings who were born into this world this morning, breathing their first
breath of air, and then there are those who just had their last breath of life 2 minutes ago.
This world allows for such a rich diversity of people to exist here, allowing everyone to have
their own unique experience of life. The Universe allows you to play whatever role you want
to play. Life accepts and celebrates your existence exactly the way you are, and when you
return this acceptance for life then everything changes in a miraculous way.

“The essence of saintliness is total acceptance of the present moment,
harmony with things as they happen.” ~ Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj

No matter what your habits, karmic pattern, or life long addiction, you always have the
choice to be free. This freedom however is not a freedom from something or for something.
True freedom is letting and allowing everything be exactly as it is. This means choosing to
be at peace with yourself just the way you are, the world as it is right now, and your parents,
sister, brother, neighbor and in-laws as they are right now. When you discover that total
acceptance equals outrageous inner peace, you’ll never go back again. Yes, you will become
addicted to “letting everything be as it is” and have even more inspiration the next day to
be that divinely motivated environmentalist who cleans up our world.

“Absence of consciousness is ego. Whenever the ego is absent, God is present.” ~Osho

It takes a master to balance on this edge of allowing everything to be as it is, and
still be enthusiastic about your personal life mission. The secret is knowing who you
really are cannot be crushed by your ego’s incessant desiring habit. The ego wants
wants wants and feels that it NEEDS to have everything it wants right now. Who you
are cannot be touched by this wanting. The ego is unconscious of its habit and is
designed to spend this entire lifetime in a state of desire, yet do you think it will ever
find inner peace? Nope, the ego cannot know what peace is (that is not its purpose)
only your heart can know this divine sensation. When your mind lets go of efforting,
allowing everything to be as it is, then the heart opens and you can take refuge in it’s
deep silence and stillness. Only then is the greatest experience in existence discovered.

Explore the experience of Letting Everything Be As It is. This doesn’t mean you practice
letting your kids run wildly out into a busy street. This is deeper than that. It’s about creating a new
relationship with your mind. As you are sitting here at your computer screen reading this now,
practice letting everything be as it is. Let your body, mind and thought be as they are. Just
watch, observe, and listen yet do not react. Let every thought that flows by be exactly what it is…a thought!

Let every feeling you have, be just that…an emotion. If you should have a disturbing thought or feeling,
just notice your reaction to it, yet don’t participate in drama or story. Sit back from those tight reigns
you’ve had on your mind all these years and take a little vacation! Hey, you deserve it! It’s time to
transcend your mind and liberate yourself from its patterns. The day you become a devoted “allow-a-holic” your everyday ordinary experience becomes an extraordinary gateway to the Divine.

“You can lose only what you cling on to.” ~ Buddha

Tap Into Creativity and Realize your Dreams

We are born creative, experiencing childhood from the creative, right side of our brain. Our early years are about exploring this creativity as well as learning how the world works by developing the logical and analytical left side of the brain.

As adults, concerned with matters of survival and success, we allow our creativity to fall into disuse. But, creativity remains a sharp and powerful tool that we can use to enhance our personal and professional lives. We can’t afford to ignore it.

Creativity is much more than artistic talent. Each of us has the ability to be creative when we know how to tap into this deep well within us. By harnessing the power of your creativity, you will discover new solutions to familiar problems and realize your highest dreams.

1. Reconnect with Nature

Walking or sitting at the ocean’s edge, wandering in the woods, a park or another natural environment – even a fountain in the middle of the city – refreshes the senses and un-clutters the mind.

Keep creativity alive within you by re-connecting with nature and fine-tuning your sensory body. Leaving your cell phone and iPod at home and taking a vacation from connecting with the electronic world – even for one hour per week – will enhance your creative power. It’s the best app going.

2. Think Small

One of the myths of creativity is that a burst of insight is accompanied by trumpets and fireworks and choirs singing. That’s not always the case. These bright illuminations often come in calm moments in the quiet circle of your life: while driving your car, sitting in the bath, or right before you fall asleep.

By paying attention to these small moments that occur between the big ones, you gain access to a gold mine of small, precious nuggets of creativity. Keep a notebook handy and write down these small ideas that can have big effects in your life.

3. Don’t Try to Break Old Habits

Don’t try to break old habits. Instead, create new ones. It takes too much energy to resist and fight the urges and tendencies that are ingrained in us. Rather than struggle with these old beliefs and behaviors, just let them be and replace them with new, positive versions.

By nurturing these new behaviors, you will soon see the old habits fall away from lack of attention. And, remember to be easy on yourself. Hold back on self-criticism and let the new habits take root.

4. Live a Life of Possibility

When you see the world as black or white, win or lose, either/or, you view reality along a 180-degree axis of extremes. When you expand your view to include the vast region between these opposites, you open your vision to the full 360 degrees of perception.

Living creatively means seeing the world as “both/and” – problems as challenges and as magnificent opportunities; being spiritual and wealthy. This is where possibility lives.

5. Be Silent

One of the best ways to hear the creative voice within is to ignore the chattering of your thinking mind that constantly flits between past and future, demanding that you stay alert and in control in order to survive the “dangerous” world around you.

Short periods of meditation or simply sitting silently by yourself, watching, listening, reflecting – and simply feeling – the present moment are extremely powerful ways to silence the noises of your thinking mind.

6. Answer the Voice Within

There’s a reason the voice within you is nattering away like a young child pulling at the hem of your skirt. It wants attention. It’s asking, “When is it my turn?”

Your inner desires and burning passions are that child within, craving your attention.

Living creatively means answering that voice and giving it expression. You don’t have to abandon the vigorous pursuit of your goals; just allow for that inner voice to be heard in the context of your whole life. Living creatively means you can pursue your profession and your passion.

7. Be Silly

One of the most enjoyable ways to blow out the bits of “mental cholesterol” that clog your creative arteries is to let go of control of your thinking mind. And, one of the easiest and safest ways to do that is to be silly. Wear a funny hat while cooking dinner, speak gibberish, play with your kids or dance with your dog.

The cool thing about being silly is you don’t even need others around. You can laugh yourself silly all by yourself.

8. Make Time Stretch for You

Not enough time for all you want to cram into your already-crammed calendar? Although time is a non-renewable resource, it is not fixed. It can be expanded.

Instead of trying to add other elements into your allotted time, choose to “include” them so that they are automatically integrated into your schedule. This is not a play on words. By living creatively you can re-sort your priorities and find ways to include a new activity.

No time to exercise? All of a sudden you discover you can walk up a flight of stairs rather than take the elevator; you can pace briskly while on the phone; you can repeatedly lift your briefcase or shoulder bag while waiting in line at the supermarket. All of a sudden, you’ve expanded time.

9. Establish Your “New Normal”

Sometimes being too comfortable is uncomfortable itself. Sometimes you’re forced to move out of your comfort zone.

The current buzzword for this is “reinventing” yourself. The truth is that you’re always making adjustments in your life to suit your changing needs and circumstances. There will always be times when you need to re-align the elements of your life. By integrating new habits and behaviors, you can create a new you – your “new normal.”

When you make a commitment to personal growth, you learn to sense the shifting winds. Are you growing increasingly dissatisfied with your work? Are you unhappy in your primary relationship? Are you a step slower, a few pounds heavier than you’d like?

You can choose to move beyond your comfort zone and establish your new normal before a physical or emotional crisis forces you to do so. All it takes is self- awareness, honesty and a willingness to embrace who you are now and who you are becoming: your new, more powerful self.

10. Explore the Poetry of Your Life

In a fiercely competitive world, your instincts urge you to do more in order to succeed. It seems logical. There is a limit to this logic, however – a diminishing return. Doing more of what you’ve been doing won’t necessarily bring you more success. Having more won’t make you more fulfilled.

To achieve balance in your life it is important to take time to explore your passion and joys, before physical and emotional exhaustion overtakes you. By do-ing less and be-ing more, you will not only reduce stress, but you’ll be more effective in your work and happier in your life.

Hope you had fun reading this blog post and that you use the 10 prescriptions that I gave you here. :-)

Please leave me your comment and feedback or ask me a question and I’ll be more than happy to answer.

Take care and have a restful day.

10 Tips For Inner Confidence

By Pammy · Comments (41)

There are people in our lives who push their opinions on us. And then we live in a culture that constantly bombards us with images and media that tell us who we should be and could be. Some of us are so influenced by external forces that we have a hard time finding our own voices and expressing our authentic selves.

These tips that I’m about to share with you will help you develop the confidence and conviction inside your soul to express who you truly are. And they will help you to stop apologizing to the world for being you!

1. STOP Worrying About What Others Think

You can’t be responsible for how everyone around you feels about how you live your life. So stop worrying about how your family, partner, and friends will react to your choices, and start getting real about how
you feel about your life. Ask yourself, “When I make decisions, do I think first of myself or do I worry about what others will think or feel?” Give yourself permission to put yourself first.

2. Do Things Because You Want To

Throw away the big O, Obligation. Give up the G word, Guilt. And make a commitment that everything you do, you do because you want to. Even for things you don’t necessarily love doing, ask, “What is it about this action that does matter to me?” and act from that place. It’s all about your attitude. You can choose to be a martyr and a victim, or you can choose to be authentic.

3. Give Up The Image

We all construct images of who we think we are and who we want the world to see, and then attempt to live up to them. When the image you portray on the outside comes from who you truly are on the inside, you are being your authentic self. When the persona you show the world is based on fitting into expectations, ideals, and images set by society, your friends and family, or your work colleagues, you are living un-authentically. Choose to give up the false image and instead live from the inside out.

4. Know What Makes You Unique

Every person is born with unique gifts, talents, and inclinations that they are naturally good at. When you find them and use them, these gifts lead you to real happiness and success. Think about Tiger Woods. Born to golf. No matter how much you practiced, you’d never be as great as him; he has a gift. You have gifts too. Start noticing the compliments you often get from people. There is sure to be a gift there.

5. Be Clear About What Makes You HAPPY

Stop trying to fit into the expectations that outside forces—society, family, work, friends—have said you must achieve in order to be successful, happy, and accepted, and start asking yourself, “What really makes me happy?” Think about the times that you’ve been happiest. What were you doing? What did you have? Do the same for your most unhappy times. Compare the two to your life today and notice the gaps.

6. Know Your Emotional Triggers

We all have things that set us off or that evoke an overly strong reaction. It is time to stop letting them run the show! Pay attention to situations that make you spin, get your mad factor going, or send you into the pool of suffering. Be the boss of your emotions by having and taking responsibility for them, and don’t let them drive your life. To be your authentic self, you have to know what is under the surface motivating you.

7. Act On What You Know Is Right

Be committed to being you, even when it’s scary, and even when other people don’t like it. Being your most real self isn’t always easy. It often requires going against what everyone else is doing or thinking. Being authentic means being true to what feels right for you, even if it doesn’t fit the needs and sensibilities of other people — parents, partners, and friends included. We always know what the best action is to take for ourselves, it’s just not always easy.

8. Have an Opinion and Express It

People who live their authentic selves have convictions that come from inside their souls, minds, and hearts. They know their Truth and are willing to stand in it, even when what they have to say makes others uncomfortable. Know what you believe and don’t be afraid to express it. Know your Truth in all situations and share it with pride and conviction, knowing that your unique voice deserves to be heard just because you’re you.

9. Let Others See You

Be vulnerable. Share your most real self with the people around you—family, friends, and colleagues—and let them see all of you. The strong, the weak, the self-assured, the self-doubter, the funny, and the serious. Have and show your emotions fully—from sadness and happiness to anger and joy. When you keep the full range of your true self hidden, no one can know who you really are. While it may feel scary to be vulnerable, you’ll find that the more you show the real you, the more others will be willing to share their authentic selves too.

10. Never Apologize for Being You

Unfortunately, the world is full of people, including our inner critic, who want to keep us small, to play along, and to be good girls and boys. When we listen to them by apologizing for who we are, or discounting our contributions, thoughts, and feelings, we squash our authentic selves. Know that you deserve to be all of you, all the time. Be brilliant. Be you. And never apologize for it.

Hope this blog post has been of tremendous help for you and that you enjoyed reading it.

I Absolutely LOVE your comments and feed back, so please feel free to share it, use it, distribute it and comment it. LOL.. ;-)
